
As we reflect on Do It For Dolly Day 2025, we’re proud to celebrate a very special milestone, five incredible years of partnership with Nutrien Ag Solutions, one of our longest-standing and passionate campaign partners.
Since the beginning of their journey with Dolly’s Dream, Nutrien Ag Solutions has raised more than $380,000 (and that’s not including this year!) directly supporting our anti-bullying programs and support services.
But their impact extends far beyond fundraising. Each year, Nutrien branches across the country unite in blue, hosting events, sharing Dolly’s message, and sparking conversations about bullying, mental health, and kindness in the places that need it most.
We spoke to Carissa Buckland, Director, Corporate Affairs and Marketing from Nutrien to find out what Dolly’s Dream means to them:
“It’s a privilege to work closely with the Dolly’s Dream team to empower our employees to create change. Many of our employees and customers are parents or caregivers. By partnering with Dolly’s Dream, we’re able to raise awareness and give access to services like the Parent Hub and the Beacon app that educate and support those affected by bullying.”
With branches spanning Australia’s vast rural and regional communities, Nutrien Ag Solutions plays a critical role in bringing our message to areas where support may be less accessible.
With 42 branches signed up to take part in Do It For Dolly Day this year, Nutrien’s employees drive fundraising and awareness. From bake sales and blue-themed events to conversations with customers and local schools, Nutrien’s staff continuously spread the message of kindness and support.
This year the Nutrien network took it one step further with their Do It For Dolly Push-Ups in the Paddock Challenge! Staff and Branches across Australia have risen to the challenge doing five push ups before nominating others to take part, helping to raise awareness of Dolly’s Dream and our work.
The push-up challenge not only strengthened awareness within the Nutrien network but also extended the reach of Dolly’s Dream to customers, suppliers, and industry peers. Even a few from our Dolly’s Dream team got involved!
The partnership has also helped to normalise important conversations about bullying and mental health in the workplace, empowering employees to create safer environments, not just at work but at home and in their wider communities.
